New Flyer for Balticon 43

For your amazement and informational purposes, I am including the most current flyer in PDF form for Balticon 43 which will be held over the Memorial Day weekend, May 22 - 25, 2009 at the Marriott's Hunt Valley Inn just outside Baltimore, Maryland.
